HeatApp ("the App", "the Game") is an entertainment game intended for adults (18+). By using the App, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the App.
2. Age requirements
The App is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and over. By confirming you are an adult, you take responsibility for the truth of this declaration.

3. Consent and safety
By using the App, you commit to:
- Respecting the boundaries of all participants
- Accepting any decline of a challenge without applying pressure
- Playing only with people who have knowingly agreed to participate
- Following the "consent is queen" principle
- Not using the App in a way that violates the rights of others
4. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use the App. HeatApp provides an entertainment tool but is not responsible for decisions made by players during gameplay. Always act in accordance with local law and respect the boundaries of others.
5. Prohibited use
The following are prohibited:
- Using the App for illegal activities
- Sharing content that infringes copyright
- Attempts to break in, hack, or interfere with the App's systems
- Using the App to harass or stalk other users
- Use of the App by minors
6. Warranties and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or operate without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any damages resulting from use of the App.
7. Intellectual property
All rights to the App, including graphics, text, source code, and game mechanics, belong to the owners of HeatApp. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. All disputes will be resolved by courts having jurisdiction over HeatApp's registered office.
Content moderation
1. Moderation principles
HeatApp is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. Content in the App is created by us and moderated according to the rules below.
2. Prohibited content
At HeatApp we do not tolerate content that:
- Promotes violence, harassment, or stalking
- Contains content involving minors
- Violates participants' consent or promotes non-consensual actions
- Discriminates based on race, gender, orientation, religion, or disability
- Breaks the law or promotes illegal activity
- Contains spam, malware, or phishing attempts
3. Moderation process
All challenges in the game are:
- Created and reviewed by our team before being added to the App
- Adjusted to each player's consent settings
- Regularly reviewed and updated
- Compliant with our standards of safety and respect
4. Reporting issues
If you believe a challenge in the game is:
- Inappropriate or violating the rules
- Incorrectly categorized
- Crossing your boundaries despite consent settings

5. Consequences of violations
Users who abuse the App or violate these rules may be:
- Warned about the violation
- Temporarily blocked
- Permanently banned from the App
